Today was a nice day at home. Since most Saturdays are booked, when we often leave open ones unscheduled. I suppose it could be the busyness of life. I enjoy a day when the five of us are home and not needing to rush off anywhere. Not that we lolled about all day: leaves were swept, the yard tended, board games played, books read, neighborhood walks taken, closets rearranged. We enjoy outings too but some days, it’s nice to have a Saturday at home.
